Networks from different vCenters visible in all org VDCs

VMware Cloud

I have vCloud Director with many vCenters connected. Each vCenter has “it own” organization VDC. After upgrading vCloud Director from 8.20 to 9.0.0.2 organization networks used in vCenter A are visible in all org VDC.
